Grant Application Timelines
A student with special needs is an individual with a disability, i.e. mental retardation, hard of hearing, deaf, speech and language impairment, blind, partially sighted, orthopedically impaired, learning or behavioral disabilities.

The Montgomery County Intermediate Unit Education Foundation (MCIUEF) provides two programs annually to support students with special needs.
