The MCIU is the regional hub for the facilitation and provision of collaborative, stimulating, and learner-centered partnerships and services.

1. The Montgomery County Intermediate Unit will provide valued, cost-effective, results-oriented services that exceed client expectations.
2. All Montgomery County Intermediate Unit staff will be active learners and outstanding leaders.
