The MCIU/Virtual High School Consortium
This consortium offers an opportunity for schools (high schools as well as middle schools) to provide online classes to their students. Full member schools have a NetCourse Teacher, trained online by VHS to offer VHS-created classes. This NetCourse teacher teaches classes for students outside their own schools. Offering these classes provides seats for their in-school students to take VHS classes.
To have students enrolled in VHS classes, all schools must have a site coordinator trained online by VHS to assist their own students as they take VHS classes.
