Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Tony Quinn, at 7:30 p.m.

Discussion Items
Chairman Quinn called for a discussion on the purpose of MCSDLC. A lengthy discussion ensued about whether the Committee could shift to a more pro-active advocacy group. Members of the Committee requested a legal opinion about the propriety of such a move. There was also some discussion about PSBA’s effectiveness as an advocacy group. Committee members expressed interest in inviting specific legislators to each meeting, and a suggestion was proposed to change the night of the meeting because legislators are frequently in Harrisburg on Wednesday.
The discussion consumed the entirety of the meeting and the other agenda items
(i.e. Strike Prohibition and Website) were tabled.
Mr. Quinn adjourned the meeting at 9:30. Dr. Richardson reminded committee members that the next meeting would be April 9th instead of April 16th.
