Southeastern Pennsylvania Schools Trust (SEPaST)

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Schools Trust (SEPaST) was established to serve as a vehicle to provide for the purchase of employee benefits for local education governmental units established by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

SEPaST is governed by a Board of Trustees comprised of one trustee appointed by each eligible member district to serve as its representative. SEPaST is managed by a seven member Executive Committee elected by the Board for two year terms.

The SEPaST Executive Committee hold monthly meetings and the Trustees meet each quarter. Finance and Policy Committees meet as necessary.
