Final Expenditure Report Forms

The IDEIA Final Expenditure Report package should consist of the forms listed below.  The package should be sent to Sandy Edling at the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit, with a cover letter signed by the school district’s/charter school’s business manager or superintendent. 

The completed IDEIA Final Expenditure Reports are due to Sandy Edling by July 10th for the fiscal year completed on June 30th.
