Project ACCESS 

The Management Services Division coordinates the Intermediate Unit’s billing efforts for the School Based ACCESS program (SBAP).

The School Based ACCESS Program is a partnership between the PA Department of Education and the PA Department of Public Welfare.  The program enables school entities  Local Education Agencies (LEA's) to receive reimbursement for certain therapies delivered to students with special needs.
