Technology and Information Services
Beginning in January 2007, significant changes have taken place in the Technology and Information Services Division. The division name was changed from Instructional Materials Services to Technology and Information Services and a new director was named.
The division offers a variety of technology services. In June 2007, the IU formed a partnership with Pearson to provide and support the PowerSchool Student Information System. The technology department provides implementation, hosting, training and support services.
Moodle, a web-based learning management system, is now available for online course and community development. The eBay service provides district with an option to auction obsolete equipment.
