Course Descriptions and Registration

While bringing a laptop is not mandatory, it is recommended that participants bring one. System configuration information will be sent to participants in early May.

Attendance Policy
Please note that College Board guidelines require at least 90 percent attendance in order for participants to receive certificates of completion.

APSI Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

Once registered, participants MUST withdraw from a workshop or event by using the “DROP” feature on the MCIU Online Registration Center. Please take note of the timeline for withdrawals below:

MCIU Cancellation

100% Refund of Registration Fee: If an APSI Course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, it will occur 30 calendar days before the first day of the course. MCIU reserves the right to cancel any and all workshops or events due to insufficient enrollment. Notification of workshop or event cancellations will be made by email. Also, if any workshop or event course times, dates, locations and fees change due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified by email.

Registrant Withdrawals

30 calendar days or more prior to first day	100%
14 to 29 calendar days prior to the firstday	75%
7 to 13 calendar days prior to the first day	50%
6 calendar days or less prior to the first day	0%

The course administrator will automatically be notified by email when a participant withdrawals from a workshop or event. Any necessary charges, as noted in the timelines above, will be processed as soon as noted in the timeline for above.

Registrants experiencing difficulty with the “DROP” feature should immediately e-mail Lois Winton at lwinton@mciu.org for assistance in order to comply with the withdrawal policy. Please note that withdrawals are not accepted via fax, mail, or telephone.
